By filling out an order request, you are not guaranteed that order until you’ve received confirmation and payment has been sent. As much as I would love to take every order, unfortunately there are only so many hours in a day and I am one designer/baker doing everything. The beauty as a small business bakery is that each order has my full attention from start to finish, lending itself to quality and freshness. I take great pride in the quality of my work and attention to detail. To be able to ensure that each set gets my 100% best, I must limit my orders.
Once you have submitted your order inquiry, I (Ali) will contact you within 1-2 business days via email regarding availability and to communicate about any further details or additional information needed. This would be the perfect time to share any inspiration photos you may have!
Once the details have been discussed, you will be given a link for payment details. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received in full — thank you! After receiving the invoice, your order will be reserved for 72 hours. If payment has not been received by then, the invoice will be cancelled and a new one must be sent and paid for to guarantee your order.
