Here are the FAQs

How much do you charge for decorated cookies?

Cookie sets: $70/doz
These sets are general designs that can be used year-round for birthdays, holidays, and special events. Personalizations can include names, dates, and colors.

Custom sets: Starts at $70/doz
Custom sets are open to any design of your choosing and includes the cost of design mockups and creating custom cutout shapes. Price will vary depending on complexity, number of designs, number of colors, florals, and embellishments.

Printed cookies: $65/doz
Perfect for a design that needs to be accurate and for large or corporate orders, these cookies will print any digital design onto the cookie.

How far in advance should I order?

I typically book out 4-6 weeks in advance., so early orders are my preferred method! Due to my full schedule, it is never too early to book. I require 2-weeks minimum for all orders, or I’ll otherwise need to include a rush fee. The rush fee will be 20% of the cost of your order.

How do I receive a price quote or place an order for custom cookies?

Please see my pricing details here.
And you can fill out an order form here.

Please note that filling out a request form does NOT secure your order. I will reach out to you to confirm your order if there is availability. Once your order is confirmed I’ll send out an invoice, which must be paid within 72 hours or you forfeit your order and must resubmit.

Your order is not confirmed until payment is received in full.

What flavor are your cookies?

My default flavor (and most popular) is vanilla/almond. I also offer chocolate and lemon flavors year round, and chai from October to December.

How do your cookies come packaged?

To ensure freshness, all cookies come individually wrapped & heat-sealed (airtight) in a clear cello bag. If being shipped, the cookies will be placed back-to-back in a bubble wrap pouch to prevent breakages.

Are you nut free?

My kitchen is not nut-free. Allergens you should be aware of are: wheat, dairy, eggs, & potential tree nut allergies due to almond extract.

Do you offer gluten free options?

I cannot guarantee gluten free cookies, as I do use gluten in my kitchen and cross-contamination is a risk. If you choose to be gluten free by choice (and not allergic), I offer gluten “friendly” options by using organic gluten-free flour.

Where are you located?

My home bakery is located in Richmond, CA.

Do you deliver?

At this time, I do not offer delivery. I offer shipping and local pickup from my home.
